Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect everyone’s time, please review the following policy:

• In-studio appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• Weddings and Special event booking: Please refer to your contract for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
